Have you ever sat in a restaurant for fifteen minutes waiting for someone to take your order? You can see the menu. You know what you want. But there's no waiter, no signal, no clear way to just tell the kitchen what you need.

That single, ordinary frustration is the problem I'm solving. With Niha Shop, the guest pulls out their phone, scans the QR code on the table, picks what they want, and the kitchen has the ticket before a server could even walk over. The system verifies the order so the restaurant stays in control — but the wait disappears.

After 11 years of building software, I've seen one thing repeatedly: most physical businesses still run on systems that were modern in 2008. They're bolted to expensive POS hardware, locked into one device, and disconnected from everything else. We're fixing that.

We're starting with restaurants and the hospitality industry because that's where the pain is sharpest. But Niha Shop is being built as a general-purpose cloud POS — the same engine will run a pharmacy, a salon, a retail shop, any business where someone takes an order.
